Taylor Swift Sends Gifts to Denver Company That Supported Her During Trial
Craftsy, an online craft store, cleverly used post-it notes to display lyrics from Swift’s songs in their windows, like the famous line “People throw rocks at things that shine” from her track “Ours.” Swift appeared in a Denver courtroom last week to face off against former radio DJ David Mueller, whom she accused of assault and battery after she says he reached under her skirt and grabbed her butt during a meet and greet in 2013.
Swift won the trial — the jury was unanimous in finding the DJ guilty — and she praised Craftsy for “brightening my day” each day while she was in town. In fact, the superstar was so grateful to Craftsy for their gesture that she sent multiple flower arrangements to their office. The company shared a photo of the gifts on their Twitter account:

Swift’s week-long trial ended Monday (Aug. 14), and she released the following statement after the verdict was revealed: “I want to thank Judge William J. Martinez and the jury for their careful consideration … [my attorneys] and anyone who feels silenced by a sexual assault, and especially anyone who offered their support through this four-year ordeal.”
