turducken

I like eating it, I like talking about it, and I like it, I'm talking about FOOD!!! My favorite food holiday is Thanksgiving. My favorite food at Thanksgiving? Stuffing, my Mom's bread stuffing. Sometimes I just make a pan for myself. I am also a Turkey man. I know some people like ham, but more and more I am seeing turducken featured at the grocery store.

To be honest, I have never cooked a full turkey.  I've cooked a turducken, ONCE, which is a chicken stuffed in a duck, stuffed in a turkey.  It's oven-baked for hours on a low temperature.  It took forever and STILL wasn't done, we ended up microwaving it!!!!
