Who would have thought that the coolest thing I've seen today is mushrooms growing?  This video is pretty spectacular.  And this fungi expert has some pretty far out there ideas about communicating with nature.  But hey, he's got our attention.

I'm guilty of wanting "the look" I see in magazines.  You know the one.  Svelte model body, silky hair, skin that can only be described by the word flawless.  Yes, yes, yes, I know that the photos are touched-up.  But, I didn't realize how MUCH they're altered until I saw this video.  The transformation you see will blow your mind!

This is a pretty cool video I stumbled upon.  Imagine seeing a major city with time lapse, but without people.  It's a project that a group of people have been working on, and they started with San Francisco   It's a little creepy and weird to see the city empty and only the sky, weather, and sun moving.  And talk about a pain staking process to make this!

This is pretty cool!  You can watch the woman age 5 1/2 years in just over a minute.  I think I see her wearing clown makeup at one point and is there writing on her face one day?
