It's my biggest fear for Thanksgiving: Having people over for a dinner where I cooked the turkey, then getting calls later on from my guests who are now in the fetal position because I didn't cook it properly. Luckily that has never happened to me, maybe it's because I often refer to these guidelines.
This Thanksgiving the Carlton County Disabled Veterans and Auxiliary will once again be hosting a free Thanksgiving meal at the Zion Lutheran Church. The sit down meal will be served from 11-2pm.
