What a wonderful feeling, knowing many of our hometown soldiers from the 148th Fighter Wing recently returned safely to their family, their friends, their homes. I had the honor of hanging with one such Vet this past Friday! (had a great time Sterling!) However, there are still many soldiers that are longing to be home for the holidays with their families, but are still abroad or are recovering in hospitals after being wounded in the line of duty. "Holiday Mail for Heros" is an easy way for us to let them know we're thinking of them and thank them for their sacrifices for our freedom.
