As if Santa wasn't busy enough, 45 years ago he had a meeting with The Port of Duluth Kiwanis Club and decided to make breakfast with Northland families a tradition. That tradition continues this Saturday, December 10 at the First United Methodist Church (the Coppertop), 230 E Skyline Pkwy in Duluth.
Reindeer are somewhat of a mystery. Honestly, I don't know how they carry that HUGE rack of antlers around? We know they are extremely important to Santa and the big job he's expected to do on Christmas Eve. But, what are reindeer games, how do they stay in shape and what exactly is each reindeer's job? Kids, families and even dogs are invited to get their picture taken with Santa at the Fitger's Complex. Donations benefit the Northern Lights Foundation and other non-profit organizations. It's FREE to military families and pets are more than welcome! (especially when I'm there volunteering!)
Of course Santa has had the Christmas City of the North Parade on his calendar for months. He looks forward to it every year! This year he's sticking around in the Northland to have breakfast with you and your family!
