January 23, 2013 A water main broke in the Piedmont area Monday night causing many residents to go without water. The areas affected are Adirondack Street, Allegheny Street, Appalachian Avenue, Catskill Street, Gearhart Street, Hillcrest Drive, Hutchinson Road, lower Ozark Street, PiedmontAvenue, Selkirk Avenue, Springvale Road, and Tyrol Street.
