			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Stories like this drive me crazy.  Getting fired for wearing certain colored shirt?  Even if it was a protest, which it doesn't appear to be, who cares?  It's a shirt.  Usually, when a company flexes their muscle in such a way it reveals a major interpersonal weakness on their behalf.</p>
<p>&nbsp;<br />
They weren't wearing sagging pants or revealing clothing. But dressing in an orange shirt is apparently enough to get fired at one Florida law firm, where 14 workers were unceremoniously let go last Friday.</p>
