At about 11 AM today, the National Weather Service reported a water spout 2 miles off park point. Flood Watch In Effect For Much Of The Northland Through Thursday Evening

I think David Nail said it best when he said, "Let It Rain". Our very wet week in the Northland has now lead to Flood Watches for much of the area through 7pm Thursday. According to The Weather Channel, the National Weather Service in Duluth issued the watch and here are the official details:
