I felt such a connection to this woman. I only saw excerpts of this letter at first, but as a mother, I was eager to read on and see how the situation was handled. I can't imagine having to watch your child be treated like this, show fear or cry and only be able to stand several feet away and not be able to hold her/him. I know I would have disobeyed the TSA officer L O N G before this woman did. Brace yourself for the compassion you're about to feel.
