Moose Lake Grand Prix

This weekend the Moose Lake Grand Prix opens up the International Watercross Association's season.  If you're unfamiliar with the IWA, it's snowmobiles racing on water.  It's a fast action sport that is taking off as it's a thrill to watch.  Cathy and I got to talk to one of the racers, Krista this morning about how it all works.

The Moose Lake Grand Prix is going on this weekend and while the goal is to win the races, sometimes a sled does go under the water.  Here is a video of how they get them out, as filmed last year on Moose Lake.

What could be more fun than watching snowmobiles on the water!?  Moose Lake is the place to be this weekend to see some incredible racing, where snowmobiles go up to 85 mph on the lake.  I had the opportunity to interview The Fox on Friday.
