They've starred in movies for and with each other over the years, and now Matt Damon and George Clooney will be continuing their onscreen bromance with 'The Monuments Men.'
Matt Damon will be stepping behind the camera for the first time — following the example of Clint Eastwood, George Clooney and Ron Howard — for a film he co-wrote with ‘The Office’s’ John Krasinski.
Both Damon and Krasinski will also act in this yet-to-be-titled drama, of which Damon is starring.

Filmmaker Michael Moore doesn't really see why he couldn't. While participating in a virtual town hall hosted by Firedoglake over the weekend, Moore proposed the Oscar winner as an option for a third party candidate.
Now, Moore hasn't spoken to Damon about his idea, but he does "think that has been very courageous in not caring about who he offends by saying the things that need to be said here," Moore said.

Two-time Oscar nominee Jeremy Renner is set to take over the 'Bourne' franchise from Matt Damon, Deadline is reporting.
Universal Pictures has formally made an offer to him, and Renner is expected to sign on quickly for a September start date.
