Events To Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr
January 16, 2012 Most people remember Martin Luther King Jr as the man that lead the peaceful march of 250,000 people in Washington, D.C., then delivered his address, "l Have a Dream". At the age of thirty-five, Martin Luther King, Jr., was the youngest man to have received the Nobel Peace Prize. He turned the prize money for winning the award, over $50,000 over to his cause.
Today, we remember Martin Luther King Jr. You are invited to take part in a breakfast, march and showing of a movie in Duluth to commemorate this symbolic leader.
