This Saturday, May 27, Lake Superior Art Glass is celebrating their 5-year anniversary with their 5 Years of Fire event at 202 East Superior Street. For their event, Lake Superior Art Glass is hosting a contest where everyone is invited to submit a drawing in which the 5 winning pictures will be made into 3-D glass sculptures during their celebration. Kids are highly encouraged to participate.

I didn't think we would ever get an answer about what happened to Jacob Wetterling. When we first heard that his remains were found this weekend, a lot of emotions came back from years ago. The Gary New Duluth Bike Rodeo and Child Safety Day takes place this Wednesday at the Gary New Duluth community center. It goes from 2-5pm, and it's a chance for kids to have their bikes checked over. They'll also teach safety tips to kids, and even try out an obstacle course.
According to the Center for Missing & Exploited children, there has been 8 cases of missing children in the last year in the State of MInnesota. It just so happens that all of them are teenage girls. Their families are looking for them, and it only takes us a few minutes to scan the pictures and keep an eye out for them.
