It's good news for holiday travelers.  A week ahead of Thanksgiving there are already some gas stations in Minnesota selling gas for under $2 a gallon.  Most of those are in the metro area.  Gas prices in Duluth & Superior are around 2.31 a gallon, and expected to continue to drop.

Gas prices in the twin ports are down to about $3.23 a gallon, which is roughly down 76 cents since September's high price of $3.99.  This is obviously a welcomed change as many people travel by car to spend the holidays with their family.  So that brings up the question:  How far do you travel for thanksgiving?  Take the poll and see how you compare to others locally.
