Hunter Hayes is talented and flying high with all he has accomplished in his career this far. His new self-titled album was released this week, he just got done touring with Billboard's "Woman of the Year", Taylor Swift. Now, more excitement with the release of the re-made movie, "Footloose", why? Because he and Victoria Justice sing the song "Almost Paradise" that Mike Reno and Ann Wilson made famous for that movie in the 80's.

I never hoped this movie would be bad, but I have to admit the I thought it might be when I heard they were doing a re-make of 'Footloose'. The reviews are coming in and many of them are along the lines of this review from Entertainment Weekly Magazine. Enjoy the review and the Blake Shelton video of his version of the title track. Blake Shelton to Cover 'Footloose' for Movie Remake Soundtrack

Country singer and ‘Voice’ co-host Blake Shelton will cover the title track for the upcoming ‘Footloose’ remake, EW.com revealed exclusively on Monday.

Shelton is just one of many famous names to appear on the soundtrack. Also lending their voices are Zac Brown Band, who will sing ‘When the River Goes’; ‘One Tree Hill’ beauty Jana Kramer, who will record the famous ‘Let’s Hear It for the Boy’; and Shelton’s ‘Voice’ cohort Cee Lo Green, who will sing ‘Walkin’ Blues’ with Kenny Wayne Shepherd.

Big & Rich are back together, at least for the rest of the year. The will be touring and they are working on new music along with old friend Gretchen Wilson. They performed their new single Fake ID at the CMT Video Music Awards along with Gretchen. The song will be featured on the soundtrack to the remake of the movie 'Footloose'.
