After an investigation by authorities, charges have been officially filed, but there are no hate crime charges stemming from an underage drinking party at a Kelsey Township gravel pit on May 26th. It was at that party that Max Pelofske accused a group of people of beating him up because he is gay.

Obviously both teams wish this never happened, but anyone who has played sports knows physical games like this seemed to be can turn ugly in a hurry. It's tough to tell from this video who threw the first punch.

Georgetown's tour through China turned ugly Thursday when a game between the Hoyas and the Bayi Rockets, a Chinese professional team, ended in a bench-clearing brawl.

Mex Carey, Georgetown's sports information director, told ESPN.com that the game was "very physical," with 57 free throws taken by Bayi to just 15 for Georgetown, and quickly spun out of control.

Clodia Coicour, a 43-year-old Florida Walmart employee, was arrested for aggressive battery on Monday after she allegedly attacked a woman she suspected of having an affair with her husband.

She's been officially charged with "battery with great bodily harm causing permanent disfigurement."
