The City of Superior will be charging a monthly fee of $7.75 per resident for garbage collection.  Also, if you are a resident that uses a second can, there will be an additional $5 fee per month.  So, naturally people have been wondering how do they get rid of their second can.  I called the city this morning and asked the same question.
