Two Workers Saved After Nearly Drowning In Stuck Elevator
August 15, 2011 Two construction workers took an elevator at a construction site in Staten Island on Sunday. The elevator became stuck, so they started pushing different buttons to try to get it to move. When they got to the basement button, the elevator started moving downwards. Great, right? The problem was the basement was severely flooded from heavy rain.
