This past Tuesday, May 21st, Duluth Police officers and investigators with the Lake Superior Drug & Violent Crime Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2800 block of West 2nd Street. This warrant was part of an on-going heroin trafficking investigation. Four people were arrested, but their job is far from over.  This week's wanted Property Crimes Person is also wanted for controlled substance.  Have you seen this man?
