April 12, 2012 We aren't always aware of the programs available to us through the City and the Government. But if you need help, you should really look into it, you'd be surprised what you find. In fact, since 1875, there has been the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in place that has provided local governments with resources to help people with low and moderate income.
