Jared Allen Rips City Of Detroit As Vikings Prepare To Hurt Detroits Playoff Hunt

Despite the Vikings epic bad year, Jared Allen is still playing fantastic football on the field.  Of course, Jared also isn't afraid to speak his mind and joke around.  One thing that came out this week, just before their game Sunday against the Lions, is how much Jared hates the city of Detroit.

 
Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen may be suffering through a 2-10 season so far, but he's not letting it affect his dynamic play … or his sense of humor. The man who recently threatened to punch former teammate Ray Edwards "square in the weiner" during a game was very much in form through this last week as the Vikings prepared to take on the Detroit Lions.

ESPN Announces Hank Williams Jr. Theme Song Won’t Return To Monday Night Football

ESPN says they have parted ways and Hank Jr. says it was his decision because he thought ESPN violated his First Amendment rights (which isn't true since he and anyone can say whatever they want.  However, the First Amendment doesn't say your comments will have zero consequences on your life, just ask The Dixie Chicks).  Regardless of who made the decision, look for a new opening to Monday Night Football.  Perhaps it was time anyway since that song has been on for what seems like forever.  What song or artist do you think should take its place?
