Jacob and Sophia are not a couple in the latest movie adaptation of a Nicholas Sparks novel, but they may be soon at this rate.

Babies are learning to swim before they can walk. There is new learning and testing to show babies are smarter than we give them credit for. Heck, in Canada they are already playing Hockey before they can walk.

Yesterday my wife and I went and met our obstetrician for the first time, and got to hear the heartbeat.  It didn't sound like anything I thought it would!

Every now and then, we find ourselves in a food coma. Usually on Thanksgiving.

Last week we reported that a horrible  mom was letting the internet vote to decide the name of her child for a measly $5,000. We can now thankfully say that the whole thing was a big, stinking hoax, perpetrated by none other than the company holding the contest.

Suddenly we feel very lucky to have been born in the '80s. Back then, our biggest naming danger was being called Brandi or Lacey. One mom-to-be is letting the internet name her child, so who knows what it will be called.

Warning: what you are about to see might induce an attack of adorable overload. Sit down, take a deep breathe and prepare yourself for... wait for it... Cupid babies. That's right-- we've discovered little kids who look like the love master himself. Aww!

Lions, for example, are highly territorial beasts; most people seem well aware of this. But as it turns out, geese will defend their turf as well—and quite aggressively at times.

Every kid likes to feel like a grown-up sometimes.

As it says in the above clip, it's never too early for your kid to start helping out with chores around the house.

What a wonderful family, to take such a private special moment and share it with the world.  They are from Phoenix and the baby was born C-section.  Daddy managed to snap the picture above after he heard the Doctor say, "Hey, she's grabbing my finger".

Well that didn't take long!  People Magazine is reporting that Jake Owen and his wife Lacey Buchanan Owen are expecting a baby girl in November.  They were just married in April after Jake brought Lacey onto the stage during a concert to propose.
