The Adrian Peterson saga took another turn Thursday as federal judge ruled in favor of Peterson, who had appealed his suspension from the NFL.  This most likely opens the door for him to return to the league before the original date of April 15th.  The question is, where will he play?

It was just a couple weeks ago that it appeared Adrian Peterson would return to the Minnesota Vikings.  Then last week, Peterson was quoted as being "uneasy" about playing once again for the team.  Now, if this report is true, it looks nearly impossible to have Adrian Peterson back in purple.

Adrian Peterson has had more than his share of troubles this season. The NFL star, who remains suspended, decided to chime in on Twitter on a grand jury's decision not to indict Darren Wilson in the Michael Brown shooting.

Following yesterday's hearing and promised "quick" decision, the NFL has suspended Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson for the remainder of the 2014 season under the league's personal conduct policy. The suspension follows the child abuse case that initially resulted on him being put on the exempt list until his legal case was resolved.

Adrian Peterson's day in court has passed, the plea bargain is done and his teammates are on record saying they'd welcome him back.  However, Adrian Peterson's road back to playing in the NFL may not be that easy.

Adrian Peterson has been away from the Minnesota Vikings for just about two months as he has dealt with legal issues surrounding child abuse allegations. In that time, the team has looked to other players to step up. With Peterson's plea deal yesterday, the question of if or when he will return to the team is up in the air.

Adrian Peterson reached a plea agreement today and has pleaded no contest to misdemeanor reckless assault in the case involving Peterson whipping one of his children with a tree branch.

Adrian Peterson continues to dig a deeper hole for his reputation to climb out of.  After setting a court date yesterday for his upcoming trial, today he admitted to smoking "a little weed" prior to taking a drug test.  That is violation of his bond and now prosecutors want him arrested again to face new charges...

After the Minnesota Vikings announced early Wednesday morning that Adrian Peterson would be placed on the commissioner's exempt list and will be required to stay away from the team until his legal case is settled, questions arose about whether or not he would be paid during his time away.

The Minnesota Vikings put the ship into reverse by announcing early this morning that Adrian Peterson will be placed on the Exempt/Commissioner’s Permission list, basically he's been suspended, without being suspended, only in the NFL folks.
