Awwww, look at that face!  This spunky girl is an American Staffordshire Terrier currently living at Animal Allies and hoping to find her forever home filled with love.  There are some specific things Darla's adopter should be aware of but if you're in search of a high-energy girl, she could be the one!

Every Wednesday at 8:10 Ken and I talk with Daryl Yankee from Animal Allies about the Pet of the Week.  This week we were unable to talk with Daryl and I thought I'd take the opportunity to give you info on their "Sidekicks for Seniors" program.

This little guy has quite a story, thus the name John Wayne.  He recently came to Animal Allies with a slug from a pellet gun in his head.  But, medical staff removed the slug and got him ready for his forever home.  By the time I was going to blog about him, he was adopted.  YAY for John Wayne!!!  Instead I'll tell you about the deal at Animal Allies that will save you cash and give a loving cat

Our Animal Allies Pet of the Week is a Miniature Pinscher or Min-Pin.  He is considered a Senior (I feel your pain, Earl Yippington) at 11 years old.  He came to Animal Allies as a stray and now wants you as a roommate. Animal Allies has taken care of micro-chipping, vaccinating and Earl Yippington is neutered.  He's ready to be loved, fed and snuggled.

Meet Panther, he is Animal Allies Pet of the Week.  He is considered a Senior (I feel your pain, Panther) at 19 years old.  He is a black domestic short haired cat and hoping you have a big heart and a forever home.  Animal Allies has taken care of micro-chipping, vaccinating and Panther is neutered.  He's ready to be loved, fed and snuggled.

Border collies are very smart dogs, and this is definitely true about Carbon.  We had a chance to talk with Jenny from Animal Allies and she describes this 2 1/2 year old dog as a wonderful pet looking for a good home.
