It's something you don't really think of until you need it.  When you do, it's likely a desperate situation.  Your neighborhood fire hydrant.  Park Point residents will be getting a new one and that will cause an interruption in water service on Thursday.

Luckily, we haven't received a whole lot of snow, so it hasn't been an issue.  I doubt that we'll get lucky enough NOT to have a major snowfall soon and that's why this info is valuable to your and your family.  It will require help from you and your neighbors, but it's all in the name of safety.
