‘Swamp People’ Reality TV Star Mitchell Guist Dies [VIDEO]

One of the most unique shows in awhile is The History Channels 'Swamp People'.  This show follows the very unique life of brothers Mitchell and Glenn Guist.  These guys lived life on their own terms and most people I know who watched the show found themselves hooked.  Sadly, one of the brothers passed away on Monday.

According to TIME, Mitchell Guist collapsed while on his boat.  Despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead at a hospital Monday morning.  Mitchell and his brother lived together in a house their grandparents once occupied and they were two peas in a pod, as the video shows (Mitchell is the one without glasses).

Our thoughts are with Glenn who must be devastated losing not only his brother, but what appeared to be his best friend.  Did you enjoy this show?
