Superior’s East End Super One Liquor Store Opening Soon

I was surprised the other day when I went to the Harbor View Super One Store in East End Superior the other day.  Neon beer signs were up in the windows and new signage was up saying "Wine Beer Spirits Smoke Shop."  I guess they got a license approved after all.

Last I heard it had been voted down.  Turns out just a couple of weeks after it made the news that the license didn't pass, it was passed after all.  Apparently that's how it works on the Superior City Council anyway.  Just like when the garbage bill was introduced, it was turned down.  Then just a couple of weeks later, it was passed.   So second tries seem to pay off when trying to get something passed in Superior, but that's a side note.

Either way, the Super One liquor store in East End appears to be very close to opening, with bottles stacked on the shelves and registers ready to go.
