This is SUCH a fantastic idea, I am totally doing this.  It's easy to make, easy to eat and I won't be wearing caramel from ear to ear! My friend Jane shared this on Facebook  from A Mouthful of Deliciousness' page. Genius!!!

The instructions should be pretty self-explanatory if ya just look at em'.

Hollow your apples using a melon baller, (is that what they're called?)  A tip from  A Mouthul of Deliciousness says to use a muffin pan to balance the apple halves.
Then, simply fill will the well you created in your apple with melted caramel, let the caramel harden and cut into slices!   I think I would add a bit of butter to the caramel, just to make it more mmmmmmmmm~creamy!
