Hollow your apples using a melon baller, (is that what they’re called?) A tip from A Mouthul of Deliciousness says to use a muffin pan to balance the apple halves.
Then, simply fill will the well you created in your apple with melted caramel, let the caramel harden and cut into slices! I think I would add a bit of butter to the caramel, just to make it more mmmmmmmmm~creamy!
