Subzero Temperatures Lead to Spirit Mountain Closing Early on Monday and Tuesday
Extremely cold temperatures and wind chill values leading to the wind chill warning in effect through Tuesday have prompted officials at Spirit Mountain to close the hill early on Monday January 21 and Tuesday January 22, 2013.
Spirit Mountain will be closing at 5:00 pm on both Monday and Tuesday, rather than at their normal time of 8:00 pm. The Adventure Park will also close at 5:00 pm on Monday and will not be open at all on Tuesday, January 22.
