Picture this scenario.  You have jumped in the shower before work, lathered your hair and are about to rinse when, suddenly, the water pressure is GONE!  If this should happen to you, be reminded that the toilet tank holds clean water for rinsing, however, C O L D water.  If you live in Lincoln Park, avoid this discomfort by taking your shower before 9a on Monday.  The City is warning that certain areas of Lincoln Park may experience low water pressure, here's why and how long you'll have to wait for the pressure to return to normal.

According to the City of Duluth, on Monday, November 18, some residents of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, will experience low water pressure.  This is to allow a Utility Operations crew to repair a fire hydrant in front of Enger Golf Course.

This repair will result in the upper portion of the Lincoln Park neighborhood possibly seeing a drop in water pressure while the repair is going on. (See purple area on the above map) The work will begin at 9:00 am and will be completed by 6:00 pm.

The upper boundary of the area affected is 15th Street. The City wants to thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
