City crews across the Northland are busy patching potholes that were created over the winter.  You may see the trucks and crews out on streets filling the holes around town, and you should remember to SLOW DOWN!

This is a particularly dangerous job, because as the crews are moving around town, it's not often that they have warning signs out in place.  They are so mobile that it's not practical to be setting out traffic cones.

We recently had a city worker ask us to spread the message to slow down and be careful, as this year there have been a lot of speeding drivers.

So if you see a city truck, slow down and pay attention.  Someone's life may depend on it.
