Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest Beer Review

Sierra Nevada has stepped into the Oktoberfest beer ring!  They've actually partnered with an old Germany brewery to come up with this beer, and they've made a wonderful child together.

I'm a big fan already of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale's (one of my favorites), so it was a no brainer to pick it up at the liquor store the other day.

From the first pour, the aroma smelled like a Sierra Nevada.  Nice head, nice color, and from the first sip it tasted pretty good.   It's a little lighter, and a little dryer.  Sometimes Oktoberfest beers have to much of a sweet aftertaste, like a too grainy sweet linger.

This beer is a fully body Oktoberfest that's easy to drink and has a crisp finish.  It may be my favorite Oktoberfest beer yet.  Well done!
