Can you believe that showering daily can actually be bad for you?  Or how about using a toilet?  Eight hours of sleep?  Rinsing after you brush?  This is all pretty crazy stuff but some of it actually makes a little bit of sense.I read this article at Daily Mail’s website.  Keep in mind it is a British website so maybe some of this stuff won’t really go over well stateside.

‘Most people wash far too much,’ he says. ‘Using piping-hot water combined with harsh soaps can strip the skin of its oils, resulting in dryness, cracking and even infection.‘For the majority of us, there is no need to have a thorough wash every day.’If the prospect of skipping a daily shower horrifies you, at least make sure you wash with cooler water, he says.

Well I know I’m going to continue to shower daily.  But what about using a toilet?  How can that be bad for you?

Ok, ok, ok, we are getting a little carried away here.  What are we supposed to do?  Go #2 in the yard?  Read the full article to find out some of the other crazy things that could actually be harming you.
