Section 7A and 7AA Boys Hockey Games Will Be Televised On WDIO-WIRT Tonight & Thursday

You can feel the excitement in the Northland as our local hockey teams are vying to go to State next week.  Of course, B105 will have the re-cap of the games for you during the Breakfast Club show, but you can watch the action as it progresses with our media partners WDIO-WIRT.  Here's the schedule:

It will be an exciting match of #1 Seed Hermantown facing off with #2 seed Duluth Marshall in the 7A game.  Then, in the 7AA game we'll see #3 seed Duluth East battle #1 seed Elk River.  Whomever wins between those games will be the lucky schools to advance to the State Boys Hockey Tournament in the twin cities next week.

Tonight the Section 7A Championship game will be televised with pre-game at 6:30 and the puck dropping at 7:00.

The Section 7AA game will be televised on Thursday using the same time frame.

Broadcasting of the hockey games will cause some of your regular shows to be moved.  WDIO-WIRT has provided us with a list of those changes:

• 'The Goldbergs' - moved to Saturday, 11 a.m. -11:30 a.m.
• 'Modern Family' - moved to Thursday, 12:36 a.m. -1:06 a.m. (Wednesday Night)
• 'Blackish' - moved to Saturday, 11:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

• 'Grey's Anatomy' moved to Thursday, 9:00 p.m.
• 'How to Get Away with Murder' season finale - moved to Friday, 12:06 a.m.-2:06 a.m. (Thursday Night)
