Scotty McCreery Performs George Jones’ The Grand Tour At The Grand Ole’ Opry [VIDEO]

It's heart warming to see someone as young as Scotty McCreery covering a country legends hit that went #1 in 1974.  It shows the diversity of Scotty's talents, the longevity of George Jones' songs and keeps the "old country" alive.

George's The Grand Tour is a staple on the Solid Gold Saturday show.  A show that I host Saturday mornings from 6-10a.  If you like the older country hits that many of us grew up to, you'll love Solid Gold Saturday and Sunday mornings on B105.  George Jones joined the Grand Ole Opry in 1969.  It's thrilling to know that songs from an artist of that era are still being performed on the Opry stage today.
