A new scientific study has come out saying that taking a hot bath is better for you than taking a hot shower.  It says you can actually burn calories in a hot bath, and it helps people with their blood sugar.

It would have to be a pretty hot bath though, like a hot tub.  According to the study, it can reduce peak blood sugar levels even more so than riding a bike.
