Today I learned and was certified in how to administer CPR.  It's something I've always wanted to learn, and thankfully our company brought in the YMCA to teach us.  The class took a little over an hour, and we were also taught how to use the AED machines.

It's a little overwhelming at first, thinking that you may have to actually use this sometime.  I hope I never have to, but I'm confident that I'll know what to do in case it happens.

It really isn't that hard, and these modern AED (Automated External Defibrillator) really are amazing.

I suggest you try out a class for yourself.  It's really an eye opening experience and I learned a lot in a short time.  Check out the ymca website for more information.
