Reading Rainbow Kickstarter Goal Reached Within Just Hours, LeVar Burton Tears Up [VIDEO]

Remember Reading Rainbow?  I loved that show.  So when I saw a YouTube video of a kickstarter program, I clicked on it and was brought back.

The show went off the air in 2009.  However, the Reading Rainbow team has said people have asked them to do it again, so this time they're going the way of the digital age.  Check it out.  They set a goal to raise money to get started.

Within just a few hours, they had already crossed the $1 million dollar threshold.  LeVar had a tearful reaction, which we just love his sincerity.
