Newest Trend is Trunk or Treat, People Hand Out Candy from Their Trunk

My wife told me she was volunteering for Trunk or Treat coming up later this week. I had never heard of it, and at first I was pretty confused. You hand out candy from your trunk of your vehicle? Isn't that watch child abductors do? Apparently this community event is growing across the country.

It's an event where people get together in a parking lot, decorate their trunks, and hand out candy to kids. There's actually one coming up at WITC in Superior this week.
