Mother Of Woman Burned on Highway 23 Speaks Out Following Incident [VIDEO]

There are few stories that are more horrific than this that you hear.  Last Thursday, 24 year old Jaclyn Arnold was doused with a flammable liquid and started on fire.  She's now in a Twin Cities hospital where she has a long road to recovery.  Her mother recently did an interview with WCCO and talked about her daughter and how she's fighting for her life.
