Monkey See, Monkey Chew and Other Lake Superior Zoo Classes

When I was little, the Zoo was merely a place to go and view animals. Or, in the case of Duluth, to view animals and to ride the big slide that was in the small amusement park near the parking lot. Or, to watch a machine mold a hunk of wax into the shape of a lion. But, with the Lake Superior Zoo, they’ve added another dimension, FUN classes for your kids!
The class I would most like to see is “Monkey See, Monkey Chew”. First of all, monkeys have always been my favorite, but to get to have breakfast with them would be the Ultimate!
They have classes that are age specific, starting with toddlers to pre-teen and most are FREE! They incorporate hands-on activities, crafts and animal encounters. Give your kids an awesome learning experience at the Lake Superior Zoo.
