MnDOT Posts Human Trafficking Awareness Posters at State Rest Areas

Human Trafficking isn't something that just happens in other areas, it's a real problem that reaches into the Northland.  It's also a problem that requires the public to help law enforcement, which is why the Minnesota Department of Transportation is dedicated to creating awareness.

MnDOT has installed posters in 41 rest areas across the state to educate the traveling public about human trafficking and to encourage them to report suspicious activity. The posters include guidelines on how to recognize signs of human trafficking and potential victims and a toll-free hotline to report any suspicious activity.  One such poster is pictured above.
