It’s one of those strange stories that you hear that make you go whaaaatttt???  Jeremy Renner, (star of Hurt Locker, Mission Impossible, Swat, North Country) was at a Thailand Bar in Phuket when his group was attacked by six staff members at a pub.

Staff members?  What kind of bar is this?  And to top it off, a hotel manager in Renner’s party was attacked with an axe!

Renner left as soon as the fight broke out and wasn’t involved, but the hotel manager was rushed to a Bangkok hospital and is recovering.  All six of the attackers have been arrested and charges are pending.
