The ACM's are complete and I thought this year was one of the best, and better than the CMA Awards last fall.  The pace was nice and all the artists sounded great.  Sometimes they may sound great if you are there, but on TV it sounds off with the vocals being mixed too quiet --but I thought this show did as good as you can do.  Steven Tyler with Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley with Alabama,  James Taylor with Zac Brown Band, Taylor Swift's 'Mean' -- the list goes on and on of terrific performances and I'm sure you have your favorites too, but let's get to who took home some hardware.

Taylor Swift was named entertainer of the year at the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night in Las Vegas, but Miranda Lambert took home the most awards during the show.

Swift was nominated alongside Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley and Keith Urban for the fan-voted award.

"This is the first time that I've ever won this, and I'm just losing my mind," Swift said upon winning the honor. She also thanked her fans for voting for her.

Presenter Ryan Seacrest said the award had received the most votes ever cast in the category.

Meanwhile, Lambert took home four awards, including female vocalist of the year. Her single "The House That Built Me" earned honors for song of the year, single record of the year and video of the year.

Brad Paisley was named male vocalist of the year, while Lady Antebellum took home the awards for top vocal group and album of the year for Need You Know.

"Thank you, Miranda Lambert, for winning this last year and not being in the category this year!" Lady A's Charles Kelley joked in accepting the award.

Sugarland was named top vocal duo of the year. Eric Church nabbed top new solo vocalist, and the Band Perry was named top new vocal duo or group.

Going into the show, Zac Brown led the nominees with a total of nine (five with his Zac Brown band and four for being the producer and co-writer of their hit "As She's Walking Away"). Lambert was next with seven.

The show, hosted by Blake Shelton and Reba McEntire, aired from 8-11 p.m. on CBS from the MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay.
