If you have an artistic touch, you'll want to take advantage of the Minnesota DNR's 125th Anniversary challenge to design a Minnesota license plate in honor of Minnesota State Parks and Trails.  However, you better get to work as the deadline is coming up fast.

The DNR is looking for original designs that "capture the essence of your Minnesota State Parks and Trails experience. Whether it's an iconic location, representative scenery or your favorite state park or trail activity".

Entries will only be accepted from Monday, May 2, 2016 -  4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2016.  This contest is open to artists of any level and while digital art will be accepted, photography will not.

Follow the link below for complete details as well as the contest rules and entry form and the design template.

Hopefully, we'll be seeing your artwork on license plates across the state this fall.  Good luck!
