Light Up Your World and Enter the 2012 Duluth Holiday Lighting Contest

Wait.  Before you say, I haven't got time to do that.  Take a trip back to last year, and every year before that.  As you were driving around the City, looking at the outdoor Christmas light displays, you were saying "I am putting one up next year"!  "I can do this, I can win this thing"!  Well, it's next year and here is what you need to know.  Good Luck!

If your lit holiday display is within the Duluth city limits or at a 558 zip code prefix you are cordially invited to be part of the fun with the 2012 Duluth Holiday Lighting contest.

Both the individual residence and businesses categories will be judged on "the best", among other categories, but new this year will be "the People's Choice Award", which will be based on the public's vote from November 22-30.  Deadline to submit your entry is Monday, November 15 at 5p. Details on voting will be announced soon.

Final judging in all categories will take place December 1-4. Winners will be announced by Mayor Don Ness and recognized with trophies and prizes at the Bentleyville VIP event Thursday, December 13, at The Inn on Lake Superior.
