If you caught a glimpse of the Aerial Lift Bridge last Independence Day, you undoubtedly noticed the awesome patriotic lighting through the night. The folks behind the special lighting last year announced they will be doing it again this year.

The team at Duluth Event Lighting will once again spearhead the project, which takes roughly 3-4 hours to set up for the night. Beside the effort of setting up the lights, the crew is also coordinating with the Army Corps of Engineers, City of Duluth, U.S. Coast Guard, and bridge management due to the fact the bridge is part of an international waterway.

The special lighting will once again be a one night only affair,so if you want to see it for yourself, be sure to check it out on Saturday night (July 4)!
