Learn to Grow Better Roses at Rose Fest 2017
Ever wondered what the best roses for the Twin Ports area are, how to prune them right, or protect them from our Minnesota winters? You can this weekend, and for free. The Lake Superior Rose Society was started in 1966 and their expert Rosarians have it all down to a science.
On Saturday from 10:00AM-2:00PM they will be sharing their knowledge at The Rose Garden in Leif Erikson Park. Valentini's will also have their Rose Show which will feature hundreds of different rose varieties. Stop on out to get your questions answered, learns tips and tricks, admire the beauty, and even smell the roses.
