Details On Why Lake Country Power Customers Will Vote On Rate Change [Video]

Lake Country Power members will have three choices when they vote for a new rate structure in a special referendum this fall.

Many public meetings have already been held to explain the rate changes, but the education will continue until the day to vote.  I hope this helps!

The main reason for the rate change is, like everything else, equipment is getting old and worn out.  Near 20,000 miles of power lines will need to be rebuilt over the next 20 years.  The new rate structure will begin September 1.
